Come enjoy the relaxing environment of this vintage three bedroom, two bath charming cottage with stunning views of the Folly River. An easy walk to the ocean, busy Center Street and Folly's famous Bert's Market. Set in the laid-back residential community often referred to as "The Edge of America," this home is a perfect haven very close to the beach, downtown, shopping, restaurants and much more.
The large kitchen has large and small appliances, gorgeous granite counter-tops and custom cabinets, plus all the tools and cookware you need to cook your favorite meal. Original Heartpine floors throughout the home add to the charm. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. The master bedroom on the top floor has a super comfy King size bed and flat screen TV. There is a Queen bed in the second bedroom also on the top floor, and a full-size Twin bed in the third bedroom on the main floor. A Queen size sleeper sofa and a daybed in the living area provide additional sleeping. Both full size bathrooms have a fun vibe and feature vintage décor. When you’re ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and four beach chairs. This home also has a washing machine and dryer to make your stay easy and convenient.
With plenty of seating, the outdoor deck area is a great place to sit back and relax and enjoy private sunset views over the Folly River. The yard is nicely landscaped with lots of play room for the kids or dogs who tag along. The large deck is gated with railings around the deck, perfect for kids and dogs.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

My family & pup had a lovely few days over our spring break. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. We loved the cozy feel of the cottage, but our family of 5 did not feel cramped. Folly beach was extremely walkable. The beach just a few blocks away from the house. Lots of choices in the off season of restaurants and shops. Every where we went was family AND dog friendly. We had a great time!
Definitely plan on coming back

Absolutely in love with this property. It was homey, and beautiful. The view was breathtaking. To the left, you had a perfect view of the sunset from the dock. To the right, you could see the lighthouse. The home was clean & in perfect walking distance from the shops, restaurants and the beach. Can't wait to come back.

Favorite place to stay at folly so far❤️ Everything was cute and cozy! Plenty of room and equipped with tons of the things you need! Perfect place to stay if you want to fish off of the dock or do some morning yoga out there! Also, great walking distance to the beach. Further than we are use to walking but so worth it to have the water behind your house. 10/10

Lovely! perfect for 2 couples or a family. Great location to beach and dining- Wonderful for fishing off the private dock. The pier is long but worth the walk to catch crabs and fish. Well designed using all the space, and really comfortable inside and out. Tons of cute touches with lots of fans to move the air. The response time and assistance with recommendations from the management and owners was exceptional. Porch is enclosed for pets and kiddos- nice touch! Outdoor shower and hose on the deck kept the sand out of the house. Excellent choice on Folly Beach.
Great to be able to walk to restaurants and beach so easily. We Enjoyed watching the Folly River activity on the back deck and loved the decor and space in the house.
