Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Studio room has a living area and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. Our new boutique hotel is located just steps away from Folly’s popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Take in the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This studio room is on the fourth floor. 

This room is 350 sqft. with a 70 sqft. balcony, for a total accommodation of 420 sqft. 

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS ROOM IS ON THE 4TH FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.

Amazing room with all the amenities

I had a fantastic two night stay on the top floor in room 401! It was perfect. The bed was comfy, the air conditioner/heat unit worked efficiently, the suite was clean and there were many plugs everywhere. There were more than enough towels and extra blankets. Really enjoyed my stay!

This room shows you what can be done with a little thought. Great storage areas, hooks, fans in the right place, bed side lights that won't disturb your partner, etc. And a great location and free parking nearby. Highly recommended.
