This rental was perfect for us and our 2 senior pups. It was very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located so that we could easily walk anywhere. My dogs enjoyed the fenced yard, and the greenway behind the house. We would certainly stay here again! The rental company was also great - excellent communication, easy check in and check out, and the local information notebook was well done and very helpful!

My family loved staying at this house on Folly Beach. It had everything that was needed and it also came with beach chairs and a beach buggy to carry stuff to and from the beach. It was a short walk to the beach and the main street. Our Family will be staying here again. Thank you

We absolutely LOVED our stay at 209 West Hudson B! The house is roomy, beautiful and clean. The shower is huge! We loved the fenced in yard, sitting area, and especially the convenience to the beach and local restaurants. It was a quiet area and so nice to sit outside at the patio table under the umbrella. Appreciated all the extras - fans, outdoor shower, de-humidifier, daybed, and more. We hope to come back and stay here in the fall. We loved it!

We so enjoyed our stay in this adorable cottage. It was clean and the decorations were eclectic and fun. We walked most everywhere on Folly from restaurants to the beach and felt safe. The green space behind the cottage was perfect for walking our dog.

Great location and very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay! It’s a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Golf carts available for rent. Plenty of places to go eat. Supermarket nearby. Everything was awesome! They provided an outdoor shower (with cold AND hot water), beach cart, chairs, sand toys, etc. it was an excellent place! Would definitely stay again :)

We always travel with our dogs, so it was very convenient to have this property accommodate them. Friends for 25+ years celebrating our 40th bday. This home was perfect for us to enjoy our time together, full of fun and laughter. The decor, the ambience, the location was everything we could hope for. We especially loved the extra beach gear to utilize on our walk down to the beach- which was so convenient. Just out the back and to the right over the bridge and Boom, you’re at the perfect beach spot! We loved going to St James Gate to dance and karaoke. We were worried about only one bathroom with 7 of us getting ready, but the DUAL shower in addition to the outdoor one was a lifesaver. I can’t wait to come back again. Thanks so much to Brittany and Ryan for the constant communication.

We enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach. The house was perfect for us and our Yorkie. Clean, good A/C, a short walk to the beach and restaurants, and just a short ride into Charleston as well.

This house is a great place to stay. You can’t beat the location to the beach or downtown Folly Beach. Everything needed was at the house and the beds are very comfortable. I would fully recommend this house.

This was the PERFECT spot for our week down south. Everything was exactly as described and in the pictures. I honestly think this location is one of the best rentals you could get, for us anyway. The path was awesome and super easy to get to the beach, and great for walking the dog. It was also super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. A+++

The house was clean with a nice setup. Perfect for our group of 5. The location is amazing! It is located on a quiet street but so close to all the bars and restaurants Folly has to offer. The beach is nearby with an easy access path from the house. If you have a pet, like we do, there is a nice fenced in area to let your dog roam freely. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Folly.

This is such a cozy place! Clean and full of amenities to cook, watch a movie or play with the dog in the fenced yard. The walk to the beach is easy and pretty, and the walk into town is just as close and simple. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book again!

This house, like all their homes, was great. Very clean, comfortable, with all the amenities. It’s nice to rent a house that has all the linens included along with starter soap, toilet paper, etc. Most homes we have rented have none of these and we would have to bring everything. The fenced yard is great for our dogs and the greenway behind the house was great for a quick dog walk. I would definitely stay there again.

We had such an amazing time staying in this wonderful little gem. We loved everything about it. It is such a convenient location - a very short walk to the beach and the center of Folly. The only time we had to drive was to make a trip to the grocery store and to take a trip into Charleston. The unit was very clean with many nice touches. There are ceiling fans and tower fans in both bedrooms, which is much appreciated for someone who is a hot sleeper. Both beds are king-sized. One has a very firm mattress (a little too firm for our taste),so we slept on the other bed which was softer. Our fur babies adored the fenced front yard. They would nap in the sun or explore all the nooks and crannies of the yard. We did not prepare any meals because there are so many wonderful places to eat in Folly, but it appeared that there are all the utensils that you would need to prepare a simple meal. The shower is amazing with a standard shower head and a rain shower head as well. There were plenty of towels, but if you use them all, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is plenty of closet space with nice shelves to unpack your clothes. We did not use the beach cart or umbrella, but both are available at the unit along with a couple of boogie boards for the kids (or adventurous adults). My husband had forgotten to pack his shampoo, but there were some travel-sized bottles in the bathroom. All of the furniture is nice and comfortable, and the eating table is large enough for 6. This is the 3rd different house that we have rented in Folly, and it is by far our favorite. The hubs and I agreed that this would be our go-to rental when we visit again. Highly recommend this little beauty!

Location Location Location! We absolutely love this place and cannot wait to come back again. This was our 2nd time here with our dogs and love love love the concrete floors too! So many neat added features to make our stay comfortable.

We are both global travelers ( Native German & Native Brit), hence stayed in all kinds of different hotels and accommodations all over the world. Hudson ..... deserves 7*******stars it is the Mandarin Oriental of Vrbo, there isn't really anything you could complain about even if you would look very hard. Starting from the communication, over the vibe, energy & atmosphere in this lovely beach house. The interior design, the artwork on the walls the set up the availability of any kitchen supplies, an extra (hot!) shower outdoors, perfect to get the dog washed off after a day on the beach, the amazing walk through the green to the beach, the front loader washing machine, 2 showed in the bathroom. All the provided beach equipment, there wasn't anything missing. Everything is thought through to the smallest details. It was literally spotless clean plenty of towels, walking distance to restaurants and as mentioned to the beach - a quiet area without any noise easy to find and easily accessible with dedicated parking, Wi-Fi worked just great - and for those who need it - living room has a huge TV as well as each bedroom. Nice little garden and sitting area outside, the communication was on spot within minutes. Folly Beach has its own Mandarin Oriental beach style

We only stayed two nights, but wished we had a few more! It is a quick walk to the beach and an easy drive to downtown Charleston. The driveway was great (fit our 22’ van). We also loved the outdoor shower! A cozy place, perfect for a few days at the beach.

My husband and I spent 4 wonderful nights without our kids in almost 2 years. The home was in the perfect location. Minutes from the beach and minutes from great food options! The beach access right behind the house was so convenient. The home was very quiet and our dog loved the beach and the little yard.

This house is so cute. My family has been coming to Folly for a very long time, and this house was by far the cleanest we’ve stayed in. It feels like a hidden gem that we were beyond lucky to find. The outdoor shower and fenced in front yard were a wonderful addition. There were also beautiful flowers (jasmine I believe?) all over the fence that smelled AMAZING. The bathroom is big with a huge shower, the beds were all comfortable, and the closets were very spacious. The house is also in a great location, only a short walk from the beach and Center Street. If you stay here, you definitely will not be disappointed. Thanks for the great stay! We hope to be back soon!!

This little bungalow was absolutely perfect for me and my husband and our dog Charlotte. The house is eclectic with lots of cool artwork. The location was perfect - very close to downtown and beach. We walked everywhere. The fenced in yard was great for our sweet dog. We had perfect weather, perfect location and a magical little bungalow. It was an amazing trip and the good vibes of the house definitely contributed. All text or questions were answered by the host in minutes. My boyfriend and I and our two small dogs spent February 2021 at Ryan's place and it was the perfect winter getaway. Our communications with Melissa and Brittany with the management company was flawless. They both responded right away with helpful feedback. The house itself was very clean and exactly as pictured. There were extra towels and sheets and the kitchen was well stocked (e.g., bowls, plates, silverware, coffee maker, pots and pans) and very spacious. The nearby grocery store (a short driving distance away), Harris Teeter, also delivers, which made stocking up for the month very convenient. Since we were both working during our stay there, internet access was a priority for us. The internet was fast and we had no issues during our month long stay. The backyard is fenced in and was perfect for short bathroom breaks and spacious enough to give our two dogs a little bit of a grassy area to roam around unleashed. The house backs onto the preserved greenway, which connects to a small wooden bridge and is a quick way to get to the beach without having to cross a lot of streets. And, of course, the beach was great. It was our dogs' first times on the beach and they loved it. We are planning to return next year if possible.

We enjoyed a quiet stay here for a few nights to get away. The house is only a five minute walk to the beach down a nice greenway/path, and there are lots of carryout restaurants nearby with great food within walking distance as well. The house is very well laid-out and feels even bigger than it looks in the pictures, and has a great fenced in yard.

What an *awesome* place to stay in Folly Beach! The bungalow is stylish, cozy, and ideally located, and it gets great light. Lots of thoughtful touches make the space really special: an outdoor shower, beach chairs and cart for guests' use, an unusually well-stocked kitchen, and comfy furniture indoors and outside in the fenced-in yard. The hosts are terrific. They were prompt with communication as we planned your trip, and super helpful with local tips once we were in Folly. We hope to return soon!

AMAZING location! I’m 7 months pregnant with two toddlers, & it only took us 7 minutes to walk to the beach & 5 minutes to center street! It was very quiet, despite being so close. We also felt very safe - all the surrounding walkways are very well lit. I love the little extras that are added to the place - meaning paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc..... it was so nice not having to pull out & use my own like I have had to do in the past. The concrete floor & bathroom were very clean - another thing I was so excited about because we have not experienced that in other Airbnb’s - and especially during Covid - one less thing I didn’t feel like I had to worry about. My kids loved the outdoor shower! It was so nice for my husband to throw them in after being at the beach all day to help not track in sand. We definitely hope to stay again!!

My wife and I came down for a few days for our 10 year anniversary. This place was perfect. Just enough room for us to spread out and relax. Only a 3 block walk to the beach. Only a 2 block walk to the main street with all the bars and shops. But also very private. The rate was great as well. Check in and Check out was smooth and easy too.

I chose this home based on the reviews and although Ryan's home had near perfect ratings it honestly deserved even higher. The home was such a beautiful beach getaway with such attention to detail. The home was sparkling clean and could easily accommodate 3 couples. I brought along my 2 medium dogs and the front yard was perfect for them but also so great to just sit out and relax. The outdoor shower was so great that we chose to shower out there numerous times. The best thing about this home is absolutely the location. It is not an exaggeration to say the beach is a short but beautiful 5 minute walk and to get to the center of the city with all the restaurants is also only a short 5 min walk. We stayed at Ryan’s place for our baby moon trip to Folly and enjoyed it so much! We could not get over how convenient it was to both downtown Folly and the beach. Being almost 8 months, I still found the walk to the beach very quick and easy - which says a lot about the location of the house! The house was so clean, well-maintained and inviting. The yard and outdoor shower are both so cute and really add character to the property. Use of the beach cart and chairs was a thoughtful touch which we found very useful for our daily trips to the beach. We were so sad to leave but will most definitely be back!

They thought of many little details that made the stay comfortable and easy. Even with one bathroom: for multiple guests there are full-length mirrors and many outlets in the bedrooms so that everyone has access to get ready elsewhere! No dressers but the shelving in the closets makes organizing and unpacking super easy. Short walk to the beach, quiet location. We will choose one of their larger properties on our next trip so that we can bring more family to enjoy Folly!

This was a great location for getting to the beach, about a three minute walk. And very close to all the local restaurants easy to find. The house was comfortable and clean and just in a great location I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Renting this property was extremely easy and the staff was efficient. We had a problem with the dish washer while there and the staff had someone out there the same day to get it fixed. I absolutely loved this property!

So happy we found this gem... Fenced in yard for dogs, the smell of honeysuckle that covers the fenced yard. Stayed at a lot of bnbs.... but the kitchenware, knives, all top notch.Beautiful pottery...Not a thing lacking. The linens/bedding also extra nice. The property was everything we could have wanted. Convenient, clean, comfortable with a cool décor. The bed linens and towels were way above average for a rental. The property manager was very responsive on a late Saturday afternoon to remedy a fixable issue.

We had the chance to spend almost two weeks in the bungalow, so got to know it and Folly Beach well in what felt like the quieter shoulder season (also quiet because of the Covid-19 outbreak). We loved the short walks to the beach, the funky and friendly business and restaurant owners, and Bert’s! We are a family of four (Two young boys) with a dog, and the property is just as you see it online. If we are lucky enough to to come back to Folly, we know exactly where we’d like to stay. Easy travel to Charleston, great fishing and so many fun Beach areas to explore. We highly recommend!

My parents, my wife, 16 month old son, an 8lb maltipoo and I had an amazing stay here and we all fit comfortably. The location is perfect; very short walk to the beach and all the great restaurants/shops that Folly Beach has to offer. The place was clearly recently renovated and has a very modern/hipster feel. Everything super quality. Host also set up a pack in play for my son (he actually slept comfortably in the walk-in closet) and also provided a high chair. We’ve already decided that we will be staying here again.

Great place for a get away. Plenty of room for 2 couples or some friends! We had a girls trip and were able to easily walk to the Main Street to grab coffee in the morning and a drink at night. Very close to the beach, a block away. A lot of amenities were offered. Updated and well furnished/ designed space. Would highly recommend this house!

Quaint little beach bungalow set back from the street with a nice landscaped and fenced yard, outdoor shower and greenway walk directly behind the house. Lots of space to spread out inside, very comfortable bedding, usable and bright kitchen, spacious bathroom, bonus laundry. Great neighborhood of W Folly, this house is but 5 min walk, at the most, to Center street social scene yet the yard/house remain peaceful. We scored a great deal off season but would consider it year round based, largely, on the location.

What a great place! Close to everything and tucked away, kinda hidden. The family enjoyed the house for a short get away over the MLK weekend. Had some good food and hooked up with a fishing guide. The place was perfect for our 4 people. Loved how close it is to the beach with a path away from traffic.

Our favorite place at Folly so far! This space was clean, stylish, large, dog friendly, so close to the beach, and had everything we needed. We loved the private walk to the beach along the little creek. We saw herons and cranes there. Our dogs loved the fully fenced back yard and what a fantastic outdoor shower and hose - even the hose had a nice attachment for cleaning off the pups. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus. The indoor shower was a dream - so big and two shower heads, including a rain shower head. Lost of fans for ventilation throughout the house, closet space, Cuisinart cookware, a large table with plenty of seating, several TVs, - we really couldn’t have asked for more!

This was a great "home base" for our family of four. The property was very clean and modern and was an easy walk to town and to the beach. We will be back!

One word sums up this house: AMAZING!! The location was perfect; the house itself was gorgeous; and there’s parking for 2 cars. I would definitely stay in this house again!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean, well stocked with amenities like towels, tp paper, laundry and dish soap. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful bathroom. Had 2 nice beach chairs and a beach buggy to carry all your stuff which was great. A quick walk to the beach from the back of the house. Outdoor shower is a nice touch and the fenced in yard was great for our pugs. My favorite property we have stayed at in Folly - we will definitely be back to stay next year!

House was perfect for our family of 5! Loved the location, close enough to walk for coffee or to the beach. We will look forward to returning next summer!

It’s safe to say we fell in love with the little yellow beach cottage! It was a perfect mix of functional and eclectic, just the way we like it! We will definitely be back in the future!

Stylish place with a great location close to restaurants and the beach for easy walking. The pictures of the property listed were exactly what we found when we arrived. We can’t wait for our next trip to Folly Beach!

It was a 2 minute walk to Folly Beach and 2 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. Perfect little Bungalow. We normally rent a hotel, so this was the first time we have ever stayed in a house on the beach and it was PERFECT. Already want to rent it again for next year.

Great place, clean and well kept. Easy access to the beach, town and Charleston.

This little house looks unassuming from the outside, but has been fantastically renovated into a cool, comfortable oasis. It had everything we needed and more - the bathroom was especially nice - and is a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Highly recommend!
