Really enjoyed our stay at 202 East Erie!! The location is amazing! It’s so close to beach and restaurant!! I also loved the beautiful yard and comfortable outdoor seating! Folly Vacations staff were also great!! I highly recommend this property and vacation rental agency!

Perfect if bringing the dog along! Yard is completely fenced and the property is nicely equipped to make your stay comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect. It is close to everything (the beach, the downtown, Chico Feo). The kitchen is well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. And the yard was perfect for our dog. It’s a gem.

This home was absolutely amazing. The moment we walked in we were at home. The location is walking distance to everything. The house is decorated so cute, beds are super comfortable with great bedding, shower was out of this world, kitchen fully equipped. We loved the privacy of the fenced in yard. We also loved the close proximity to all the good stuff, beach, bars, restaurants, shopping. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. We’ll definitely be back!! Thank you!!!

We stayed at 202 East Erie from December 31-January 7. Our elderly pup with various health issues came with us. The home is completely one level, as is the fully fenced yard, which is a huge relief for us because we have to let him in and out so frequently. He adores Folly Beach, and the extremely short walk to the beach access at 2nd Street East was a huge help. He made friends with all the folks at Bert's, the liquor store, and Chico Feo in between! We enjoyed the large, comfy couch and TV set up (thanks again for offering a mix of Xfinity/streaming) for all our college bowl game watching. Having two driveways for off-street parking is a godsend on Folly. It's about a 5-7 minute walk to Center Street. The bathrooms were modern and clean, and the beds were comfortable and came with TONS of pillows. Thank you again, FollyVacation.com, for another awesome stay for us and our little Hans SoLow.

The house was nothing short of perfect. Besides being very clean and crazy adorable, it was stocked with the essentials and made vacationing easy and relaxing. Best experience yet!!

What can I say. This is a really great place! Beds and furniture are comfortable. Exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the location as you can walk to just about anything that you need. Loved the fenced yard for our doggie and the outdoor seating. We spent most of our time there. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. We hope to be back for a future stay.

We've rented the 202 E. Erie house several times and as always had a great week there. The location and house features are great for us and our pups.

This is our second stay at 202 E Erie, and the only reason I didn't book it last time was because it wasn't available. We love the corner lot, the landscaping and lighting, and the fence for our dogs. They like watching the parade of dogs and people walking by; and you're only a couple blocks from the beach or downtown. The interior is dog-friendly with no steps and concrete floors. The beds are comfy and the decor is super cute. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. Having stayed at another Folly Vacation property, I would say you can pick any of them and have a great experience-their standards are consistent and very high.

We’ve stayed here many times. It is immaculately clean, beds comfortable, well stocked kitchen, lovely bathrooms, and comfortable living room and patio. Wonderful fenced yard.

What a beauty- the home was immaculately clean with all required amenities- beautiful art work added to the ambiance- total comfort and wishes we had more time to stay at Folly Beach - will be back for sure in the future.

Brittany has done a wonderful job with this house. 1- Very well appointed with everything you may need for your stay. 2- The beds were very comfortable, great sheets too. Loved the storage, oscillating fans, additional hooks for clothing & make up mirrors to die for. Oh and I cant forget the dimmer switches on light fixtures-the best! 3- The AC splits were convenient in controlling the individual rooms. 4- Awesome to have a DE-humidifier, but you must keep up with emptying it. 5- The bathrooms were perfect, with extra fans to move the air. 6- Concrete floors are wonderful and cool...easy to keep clean. 7- The location was amazing, getting to sit outside and listen to the music from Chico Feo, shop at Bert's and walk everywhere.... even though we had a golf cart and bikes. 8- We love that the property is pet friendly which is why we will be back for sure. This was 5th year we have stayed at 202 E Erie. The management company is superb, but the reasons for returning every year are myriad. The privacy provided by the fenced in shrubbed lot, the patio area, covered porch are great. The convenience of the location can't be beaten. Center St with all of the restaurants and bars is one block away as are Bert's Market and Chico Feo. The nightly live music from Chico Feo can be enjoyed on the patio without having to stand with the crowd. Folly Beach is absolutely the best.

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family. The house had everything we needed. It was beautiful, comfortable and was nice and cool when we'd come back from the heat. We loved how close it was to literally everthing, but also felt very private.

This is a fantastic bungalow close to everything in town. This is our second stay at Erie Ave and we loved it just as much the second time. The house is always clean, and well supplied with anything we needed during our stay. The host and the his staff were kind and had excellent communication when I had questions. It’s close to the beach and an easy walk to many of the restaurants. We absolutely recommend this bungalow.

Our stay at 202 East Erie was everything we hoped for and more. The cottage has a great location- close to town and the beach. I couldn´t believe the care that Follyvacations took to make out stay perfect. The cottage was immaculate. Everything was provided- I mean everything: linens and towels of course but also paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, ( washer and dryer) dish soap, dishwasher soap, washing sponges. Many of the items that we took never got unpacked because it was such a complete package. They welcomed our pup and the fenced yard was great. They had a dehumidifier in addition to fans in the baths. We didn´t want to leave and I know we will go back.

We had the best time!!! The place was immaculate! New cookware, very comfortable and relaxing! The home is very toddler friendly as we had our daughter and son in law and their almost 2 year old grandchild with us. Highly recommend and we will be back! The home is just steps from Bert’s marketplace and better yet the beach! The yard is fully secure as well so great for little ones or pets. Outdoor rain bath shower is awesome!

Perfect for me and my best friend Finn -18 month old black lab. Walks on beach and roads were great. Found dog friendly restaurants.

This is an adorable property! Close to the beach and Bert's and very clean. The inside was very well done, beds were comfortable, great entertainment system. The outside living space was the star of the show, though. The honeysuckle vine on the fencing smelled divine and we ended up grilling out all but one night of our stay. The kitchen has everything you need and made it easy to cook. We could enjoy the music from Chico Feo while sitting outside, but inside was very quiet. Our pup loved playing in the fenced in yard too. Already planning a return trip!

Great location, great place, and great hosts. The fenced in yard is private, yet centrally located to all that folly beach has to offer. Our dogs were able to roam around in the yard without worrying about them getting out. We will definitely come again!

I hope we have the opportunity to rent this home again. It was perfect for our dog and had everything we needed. It was beautiful inside with thoughtful decor and art. We loved it and hope to stay again ❤️

Smooth transaction, no surprises

A great place to stay with your fur baby. It's just perfect. The fenced in yard is private and cozy. Our dog enjoyed exploring their yard as we sat lazily on the sofa in their porch. The location is close to the restaurants as well as the beach, yet quiet and private. The home is clean, comfortable, and cozy.

Nice bungalow very close to the beach and downtown. Extremely dog friendly with a large fenced in area. This was our third stay at this residency. Brittany is very helpful if there are any concerns.

Ryan's place was perfect for our stay in Folly Beach. The house was so well done and had everything we needed. I especially loved the fenced in yard for our dog. They were very communicative and provided us with information in advance to make the stay easier. And the location was great! Walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay at Ryan's place again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach! The house was great and perfect for what we needed! The close location to restaurants and the beach was so nice! It was quite chilly while we were there so it was nice to have a sweet little place to hang out and get warm after a few hours down at the shore. The fenced in yard was great for our pup to run around in. Communication was exceptional! We highly recommend this little house!

Great location on Folly Beach with easy access to everything. This house is casually sophisticated and in great shape. The showers can't be beat. My wife and I stayed with our 2 dogs. The yard is great for pups. The kitchen is fun to cook in, if you're into that. The house also has some serious clothes washing and drying capacity.

This is the second time we have rented from Ryan. We absolutely loved the place! The layout is perfect for cooking and entertaining! The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and just a short walk from Bert’s market and the beach! We have already rented this home again!

We loved our stay at 202 East Erie. You could tell the place had recently been remodeled and that they take great care of reducing humidity inside and allowing for a comfortable environment by the beach, AC and fans in every room. We love to bring our dogs with us on vacation and they loved the yard. We also appreciated the landscaping, and the outdoor shower was a cool bonus. We're also a big fan of rentals with concrete floors and non-fabric couches (leather in this case). It just makes it easier for us to feel that we were good visitors and that we were able to keep the floors and furniture clean and undamaged. Highly recommend this spot.

Stayed December 19-26th. This house was perfect! Had everything we needed. Owners are great and the entire process was easy. Highly recommend. Very pet friendly.

Location was great and the space was everything we needed. Favorite part was the outdoor shower after an early morning surf. Hot water felt great! Walk-able to everything needed.

We really enjoyed staying in this cute, renovated cottage just a couple of blocks from the water. The fenced yard was really nice for our dogs and the size was just right for the two of us. Everything was very clean and well-kept. We live on top of a mountain in Western NC and it was a nice change to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. The island was pretty quiet in mid-December and we did our best to support the local businesses. Thank you to the property manager and owner for accepting three dogs. If we could give you more than 5 stars, we would!

This home is very well done and exactly as described. Very comfortable and close to the beach, entertainment, and Bert's Market, which has everything you need.

For us and our dogs, this is the perfect house. Always clean, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and kitchen, cozy living area, amazing yard space, completely fenced and safe, and only three blocks from the beach. Bert’s Market (24 hours/day) is 2 blocks away, and all of downtown Folly Beach is a short stroll.

The house and neighborhood are perfect! Everything you need is right there. Beds are comfortable, showers are awesome. We look forward to going back next year!

We loved the location and the privacy the yard offered. It rained the first 2 days we were there for most of the day. We enjoyed sitting under the covered porch and letting our dog stay off leash in the fenced yard. The location is wonderful! Beds were very comfortable. We have stayed at lots of houses on Folly Beach, this is absolutely the best. The location couldn't be any better. You can throw a rock and hit Bert's and Chico Feo (Best tacos on the island by the way). The house is clean and very spacious. Plenty of room for privacy. Kitchen is nice with everything you would need to cook. Beach chairs and wagon are a nice plus. This is the only house we will stay at in the future.

Adorable and well appointed house, within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Obviously recently upgraded and remodeled with plenty of room. Hosts have thought of every need from a beach cart to chairs and two sets of washers and dryers. Bathrooms are spacious and new. Yard has lots of vegetation for privacy and the outdoor shower is amazing.

We loved this house for so many reasons. The house is extremely clean and has very nice furnishings. We could walk anywhere we wanted within 10mins so we didn’t move our car once. We took food for breakfast and lunch but could have gotten anything we needed from Bert’s Market (two blocks away). (The prices at Bert’s are reasonable, unlike at most beach markets.) We took our own beach wagon and chairs, but the house has a cart and chairs that would have been just as perfect as our own. I’m overly protective of my puppy, and the yard was amazing. The entire lot is well-fenced in, so I didn’t have to worry about him sneaking through any gaps. We definitely will stay at 202 E. Erie for our next beach trip!

This home is a perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants. It is not far from downtown and is clean and a great home to vacation in!

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The house was comfortable and convenient to the beach and restaurants. We only used our vehicle twice in a week as pretty much everything is walkable. We stay in a lot of rentals and the “fully stocked” kitchen is generally a huge let down that results in having to run out and buy kitchen essentials. That’s definitely not the case at 202 E Erie. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The yard was amazing. Having a fenced space for our pups really made our vacation! If I had to list a drawback, it would be the bedroom windows. Curtains would be a wonderful addition as waking with the sun isn’t for me. Overall, I was sad to leave and can’t wait to stay at 202 E Erie again!

This was a fantastic bungalow. Owners and office managers were responsive to any questions we had. We were so happy that it was pet friendly. The yard was beautiful and perfect for eating out or just relaxing in. The beach was a short, 3 block walk, and everything needed (beach cart, toys if you had children, beach chairs) was provided. 10/10, would absolutely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family and the fenced in yard was a dream for the puppy! It’s only 2 blocks from the beach and restaurants. Couldn’t have been more perfect! Would love to come back!

The place was exactly as described. Very cool décor and awesome location removed enough from the action but close to it all. Would recommend to anyone including couples, families, older people who have trouble getting around as it is all one level and showers are easily accessed. The yard was so nice for our dogs and was great to be able to eat outside with my parents who stayed at a nearby hotel. It is a very quick walk to the beach, to Berts market, and to the restaurants and shops. The place was a lighting designer's dream- everything switched properly and all lights on dimmers. Loved having so many ceiling fans as well. We felt comfortable here after over a year of being at home and taking Covid very seriously. It was clean.

After over a year of not traveling, our family of four loaded up our vehicle in Houston, TX and made the drive to Folly Beach, SC. It was the first time our children have seen the Atlantic Ocean/coast. The house was perfectly sized for our family, and outfitted nicely for our daily needs. The property managers were responsive, even answering questions about appliances, etc. available in the house prior to our visit. We cooked some meals, including all breakfasts, at the house. In the mornings, we took our coffee on the porch, and in the evenings, our cocktail hour, as we watched the kids play in the yard with the beach frisbee (now called “Whiz-bee”). The outdoor shower was ideal for cleaning up after an afternoon on the beach. Location was outstanding, as we could walk to all the restaurants we went to for lunches and dinners. Perfect “first vacation.”

We loved this house and location! Has a great beach house vibe with the materials selected. The outdoor area is spacious and great to spend time in while watching people head to the beach. We loved the proximity to center street as well as Bert’s and Chico Feo.

This is a fabulous house. Upscale furnishings, TWO King sized beds, lovely bathrooms and showers, great kitchen, fabulous couches inside and out, and a wonderful yard. Completely fenced. No steps anywhere. Immaculately clean. Short walk to town.

My (now) husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding and the following night. Due to COVID, we're unable to travel for a honeymoon so decide to "staycation" on Folly. We absolutely adored this home and would buy it if it was available/we had the funds lol. It is perfectly located behind Bert's Market, is in walking distance to all of the Folly eateries, and is a brief walk to the beach. The open floor plan of the home was ideal and everything was very clean and organized. We were grateful the sun peeked out on the chilly weekend and enjoyed the amazing outdoor shower! We were super appreciative that it was dog-friendly and we could bring our sweet little lab with us for our getaway. We would like to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it!

This spacious cottage has everything you could need or want. Spacious bathrooms, king sized beds, 3 TVs, 3 separate HVACs and THE best completely fenced yard. 2 blocks from Bert’s market and 3 blocks from the beach. Awesome place. Super clean, super comfortable couch, everything spiffy, great kitchen.

Loved our stay! Highly recommend!

A very stylish place to stay that is well designed, providing great accommodations near the beach. A three minute walk to a main beach access point that goes right past Burt’s 24 hour store the location was great. A 5-6 minute walk takes you to the stores and restaurants in town while the full sized kitchen allows scope for cooking at home or using leftovers. Off season the location was quiet and private. A great outdoor space that was fully fenced for our dog to enjoy while we relaxed outside. Both showers were HUGE and beautifully appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We would be very happy to stay here again, an absolute winner.

Near Beach and Shopping.

This is such a beautiful little bungalow with great decor, very clean, and an amazing fenced-in outdoor space. You can’t beat the location, right by Bert’s market, 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks to the restaurants/shops. We needed a getaway from the stress of 2020 and we found it here in Folly beach. We will be back!!

This was a very cozy and nice place. Was a great home for our family of four to spend Christmas. The town is friendly, the beach is beautiful. If you are headed to Folly Beach, stay at this house, you will love it.

This is a great house and property. We spent several nights in chilly December and the experience was still very enjoyable. The house is tastefully designed and modern, clean, and well stocked. The yard is beautifully landscaped, and importantly for dog owners, fully fenced with no gaps. Many restaurants are within easy walking distance and doing takeout as an option during COVID. There are no sidewalks in the area, so care needs to be taken walking dogs but traffic is minimal.

Such a wonderful little house. We loved how everything was in walking distance. I highly recommend renting this home. Its updated and was perfect for our family. This was our first visit to South Carolina and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful beach cottage! We loved the festive decor, comfy beds, huge showers, massive sofas and lovely garden. Phenomenal location, restaurants down one block and beach 2 blocks in the other direction. We cannot wait to return!

Amazing Airbnb. Super host. House was well maintained, super clean, and host was very responsive to a question I had once we arrived at house. We brought our dog and yard great. Outdoor patio was great and we enjoyed that as much as the house.

The home is close to the beach, store, and main drag but far enough to be isolated from noise. 5 min walk tops! Our two dogs loved the backyard as well!

This location with a fenced in yard and only a couple blocks to the beach was perfect. We've been coming to Folly Beach for years and this is the best one hands down. Super modern interior with a very nice outdoor shower. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, it's just that perfect. Bert's is a 2 minute walk away and the beach is just so close.

This was our 4th visit to 202 E. Erie. Always clean and well stocked with whatever we need. We also have stayed at the W. Huron place and were equally pleased. 202 E. Erie is of course our favorite. We'll be back. Thanks much!!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this house. We have been vacationing at Folly Beach for three years now and came across this bungalow style home. For me, my husband, my 12 year old daughter and our chihuahua it was perfect size but also extremely functional. Easy to keep clean, stocked with all that we needed plenty of nice towels and comfortable bedding. No stairs to deal with! The location was perfect easy walk to beach and town to pick up food to go. The property managers always respond within minutes of any questions. But the icing on the cake was the outdoor space with the incredible outdoor rain shower!! If you like nature, you have many plants to see and privacy considering you are in middle of town with the fences and hedgerows... beautifully landscaped. We are booking it for next year so glad we found our spirit house!!

Repeat stay at this property. Can’t beat the location and the place is so comfortable and homey. Excellent outdoor living space.

We had a great visit to Folly Beach. The space was just the right size and allowed for us to feel like we were in our home away from home. The location was good and allowed for us to walk practically anywhere we wanted to go. The fenced in yard gave us a sense of privacy even though the house is situated on a somewhat busy intersection. Plenty of amenities were available to us including nice beach chairs/umbrellas. Thanks for a great stay.

This is a gem! The location is incredibly convenient to the beach and down town. The house is an eclectic treasure inside and out. We stayed here with my mother in law and our two dogs- everyone had plenty of their own space and would return again

Ryan's place on Folly Beach is amazing. Close to everything. You are walking distance from everything. Beach, shop's, restaurant's, 24hr market. The house has everything! Beach chairs, beach toys for kids, umbrellas, beach cart, etc.. I can go on and on. House was very clean and well appointed. Outdoor space is beautiful as well with a outdoor shower, grill, and plenty of seating. Can't wait to come back to Folly Beach and I hope Ryan's place is available..

We really enjoyed our stay here, it truly exceeded our expectations. This house and the host are awesome! House was very clean when we arrived. Great space for us and our pups, the fenced-in yard was excellent for the pups. Best part was the very short walk to folly beach, and the main strip of town is also just a short walk away. We will definitely be back later this summer!

Our stay at 202 Erie was fantastic. The property offers plenty of space to be comfortable and is renovated perfectly with room for eating, relaxing, enjoying time outside. The yard is private from the street and includes a great outdoor shower. The beach and restaurants are nearly located and easy to get to!

This place was exactly what you see in ad! Beautiful, clean, close to beach and town. Spent most our time there since the Virus took over when we arrived. We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had everything we needed and the short walk to the beach was perfect!

Highly recommend Ryan’s place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There’s a 24 hour general/grocery store a block in one direction, the beach just past that, and the restaurants and bars are about 1-2 blocks in another direction, so everything you need is within walking distance. Perfect spot to bring your dog too. There was plenty of space for our German Shepherd to explore in the fenced yard. Can’t wait to come back!

My friend and I with our fur baby rented this property for a short getaway. The pictures were great but we had been burned in the past. Not this time! It was everything we expected and more. The fenced in yard for our dog was great. The kitchen worked so well when I cooked dinner one night. And the two block walk to the beach was great for morning walks. There is a local grocery store open 24 hours and a yummy coffee shop all within a three block radius. Oh! The showers were amazing! We are already planning our next visit to Folly Beach and this is our preferred property!

My friend, fur baby and I had a wonderful stay at this property and would recommend it highly. Location was perfect with easy walks to almost everything within a three block radius. Our dog loved the yard. My friend enjoyed the shower. I loved the kitchen! Easy drive into Charleston proper. Definitely looking to visit again!

This is our 3rd time staying at one of Ryan's places and to say we love it would be an understatement. The location is spot on. Very short walk to the beach and also bars and restaurants. Basically you park your car and you don't need it while on vacay. The house itself is amazing. It is super clean and designed with such love and pride. You really feel like you are at home when you stay here. Communication is a breeze as well!! I can't say enough good things about our stay! Thank you for yet another amazing trip!

This perfectly remodelled house was everything we needed for our stay on Folly Beach. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, and so did our 2 dogs. It's a tropical paradise! Inside is spacious and open. Comfy beds, high end linens, everything was perfect! We will be back!

Everything about this rental was perfect! The house is clean, so comfortable and very welcoming. Location is a short walk to the beach and a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants etc. The landscaping makes you feel like you are in a private garden. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and very nice. All in all we had a great time with family and hope to return sometime when we can stay longer!

The house at 202 E Erie was perfect for our weekend. It is clean, welcoming and close to both beach and the main street. Loved being able to walk to get coffee, go out to eat and go to the beach. My husband and I (along with our 2 dogs) really enjoyed our stay at 202 E Erie. The house was very clean and comfortable. Every thing looked new and it was great having the fenced yard for our dogs. I love not having to bring linens and towels. Plus there was toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Anybody that had rented homes for vacation knows this is such a convenience! They do a great job. We have already booked a week for 2020.

Everything was really nice. We have stayed at many rental houses over the years and this one was very well maintained. I wish other rental properties would take note. I would definitely stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised with how many of the “little things” were stocked. We usually have to have a lot more on hand! Also, it’s a very short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. This Home was everything Myself, Girlfriend, and our other friends could have hoped for to celebrate her 25th birthday at Folly. Such a cool vibe about the entire house, loved the modern interior and the courtyard and patio space. The outdoor shower was fantastic after a long day at the beach. Walking distance to Folly Staple Bert's Market and anything you want to do in Folly, we went to Lost Dog for Brunch one morning and walked there. Very Close to the beach and just overall convenient, beds were comfortable and Big screen TV to catch some football while we were there. Had a Great Trip and would highly recommend this Property!

Just finished up a wonderful vacation at this amazing Folly Beach house! The property was everything and more. The location was ideal...2 blocks to the main street in town where you will find great restaurants (Lost Dog is a must!) and 3 blocks to the beach. Bert’s store is a real treasure; great for grabbing a sandwich on the way to the beach but you can truly find anything you’d need at the store. The house itself is truly wonderful. The owners have thought of everything you need to make your stay amazing. Two equally designed bedrooms and bathrooms so no fighting over who gets the better room! The kitchen is fully equipped which was truly appreciated. We spent most of our time at the beach but did make a few trips into Charleston. It was an easy drive to the Holy City from this location. The folks at FollyVacation.com were wonderful!! Our stay was scheduled to start a few days after Hurricane Dorian was approaching the area so we were quite anxious about our vacation. They patiently fielded all my emails checking to see if our trip would be impacted. I would highly recommend this house to anyone making a trip to Folly Beach and I look forward to staying at this property on a return trip to the Charleston area.

This is our time time renting this property and once again it was sparkling clean, easy to enter and perfectly located to the beach and Folly’s restaurants and shops! Hope to stay here again next summer!

We loved the convenience of this sweet house to the beach, local shops and restaurants and Bert’s market. Made it very easy to tote two toddlers back and forth. The open floor plan and two bathrooms was a definite plus for us!

We stayed at this property with our teenage daughter, her friend and our 2 pups. How delightful is the color scheme, the decor, the thoughtful touch of 4 beach chairs/beach cart! A super short walk to the beach, Bert's and dining on Center Street provided the cherry on top. We appreciated the yard's privacy and the ample den seating, too.

Being two blocks from the beach and one block from Bert’s Market/Chico Feo is phenomenal for family fun. We loved the property’s thoughtful attention to detail. Kitschy art delighted and entertained. Five layers of lighting in the den meant any mood could demand its own light. 4 beach chairs and a pull cart?! Now, I’m in heaven. The fenced yard and outdoor shower offer ease and grace. Our doggies loved it, too.

This was our first time staying in Folly Beach, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. We’ve been to Charleston several times and stayed in the city each time, which I love, but this time my daughter wanted to stay at the beach to celebrate her graduation. We had such a great experience staying at this property! It was in a wonderful location and we could easily walk to all of the shops, restaurants, pier and Bert’s Market in Folly Beach. And it was a short, easy drive to the historic district in Charleston. The house itself felt very roomy because of the high ceilings and being a group of six girls, we especially appreciated having two bathrooms. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and it had an artsy, welcoming vibe that we all loved. Thank you to the owners for creating such a nice, clean comfortable space for us to enjoy ourselves and a place to create lasting memories. I would definitely stay at this home again and would readily recommend to friends looking to rent a vacation home in the Charleston area.

This house was exactly what my family of four needed for our first trip to Folly Beach! We loved the location close to Bert’s...for groceries & ice cream! A super quick walk to the beach was ideal for our kiddos, as well as the great outdoor shower. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the comforts of home. This was the perfect stay for us! They thought of the perfect setup for families with Furr babies and human babies!! We had both and really enjoyed the rental. The outside bath and concrete floor were key! It was also nice to have nice beach chairs and a beach caddy to borrow! We will be back!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and a terrific location. Definitely has the Folly vibe throughout and with thoughtful, welcoming touches. I love the privacy of the enclosed yard, particularly in the mornings for enjoying coffee. I truly could live there and be most happy. Will be back with my dog next time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this property and will definitely return. It hits every requirement that makes for a pleasant stay and with bonus thoughtful touches throughout.

We had an amazing stay at this house (2nd year). Everything from the location to layout to yard to taking pets is utterly perfect for us. The beach is 2 blocks away, Bert's Market is a block away as is Center Street for restaurants/shops. Everything you need is at the house (well except food and beach towels). Five stars all around!

We have been going to Folly for several years and have stayed in very nice houses; 202 E Erie is the best. Privacy and location plus the amenities are superb. We are booking for next year right now.

This is the second time I’ve rented this home and I’ll never rent another on Folly. It’s so cozy and close to everything and dog friendly too!!! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay and so did our pups.

This is a beautiful spot with an amazing outdoor space only a stone’s throw from the beach and all the main Folly spots. The house itself is deceivingly spacious and really homey, but stylish. Highly recommend.

Great place, great location.

The house is located in a very convenient location. The beach, market, ABC, and Center Street are all within easy walking distance. The house has a very nice fenced yard which is great if you have a dog. The yard features a nice patio and a small covered porch. Inside, the house is roomy, with two nice sized bedrooms and two large bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with any appliance or cooking utensil needed. Plenty of off-street parking. The owner was quick to reply to any questions, and promptly returned the security deposit. Overall, an enjoyable place to stay.

Everything about this property is perfect. It is in a perfect location. The house has every amenity you could ask for as a guest. We took our dogs and the yard was perfect for them. The kitchen was well outfitted and there were helpful hooks everywhere in the house. The layout and style of the house was great. The bathrooms were immaculate and the furniture comfortable. We will be back next year!

Ryan has never disappointed us with his rentals. We come to folly annually and try to book one of Ryan’s homes anytime. Like usual, the place was stunning clean, very cozy and comfortable, with an amazing location. Minutes by foot to the beach and the strip.

This is a fun and wonderfully decorated little bungalow! The owners have made painstaking efforts to ensure their guests are comfortable and have everything they need. From the layout of the home’s interior, to the cheery splashes of color, to the fenced-in outdoor oasis of plants, trees and flowers, this home was everything we had hoped for and so much more... My fiend and I arrived the evening of 2/20, for a girl’s trip with our little pooches. From the moment we stepped on the property, we were beyond impressed with the home... The location couldn’t have been more perfect as we were just a couple blocks from the center of town, the beach and Bert’s, the local little grocery store. Everything was spotless - it looked like the house was brand new and there were special touches and works of art everywhere we looked! It was so tastefully done and yet, relaxing and cozy, too. The outside was just as enjoyable and the one thing I regret was not taking advantage of the fabulous outdoor shower! Alas, all good things must come to an end and when the time came, I was sad to leave this magical place. After vacillating between telling everyone I know all about it and telling no one, (I promise, a part of you will want to keep it all to yourself,) I decided to share this little gem . After all, delightful things are meant to be experienced! Can’t wait to come back ;-)

This Folly beach getaway is outstanding! We had the most relaxing romantic weekend getaway. The place was so clean, warm and inviting it felt like home away from home. Great little New Years Staycation at the beach. The house was absolutely perfect for my little family and our dog. We could sit on the patio and watch the fireworks at midnight! Perfect location to all of the bars/and restaurants, and only two blocks back from the beach. The house was adorable, so clean, and just the coziest little beach bungalow. We hope to make 202 E. Erie our New Years tradition.

202 E Erie is the perfect dog-friendly vacation spot for a couple or small group. There’s nothing lacking and it may be cleaner than our own home. We loved being close to Bert’s, the ocean and Center St. and the house is just quirky and interesting enough to capture the essence of Folly Beach.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we added an extra day. It was a wonderful escape from the Minnesota winter. Folly Beach is a wonderful community. The house is near Bert's market, a truly one of a kind store with free coffee. we could easily walk to the beach. The house was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Not too far from Charleston and a lot of great places to eat. The yard is nicely landscaped and fenced which was an added bonus for our dog. We definitely hope to return.

Spotless, easy to follow directions. Everything I needed was there . Didn't need a car beach and town very close by. Had to leave a day early due to Diego ( snow storm ) but planning on a return trip during fall.

This place is a gem. Do yourself a favor and get this place ASAP. It’s central to about everything. We’re making this an annual event staying at this house. So good we went ahead and booked as we left today.

We are repeat renters and absolutely love the house. It is just adorable both inside and out! There are so many little extra touches and amenities it really feels like home and is very comfortable!! Really smart and well done renovation that makes great use of space, including the outdoor space, which was open but private. Blocks from the beach, the strip and Bert’s Market the location could not be better. All of this combined with quick responses from the host make it one of the better rental homes we’ve stayed in and will certainly return.

Very cool place and great location.

We had a great time staying here (2 people and a pup). Perfect location- all walking distance, close to the beach for a sunrise walk, close to restaurants, close to coffee shops. Had a great time splitting our time between exploring Folly and Charleston. The house was super nice and very relaxing with lots of comfy couch space. Loved the outdoor shower. Recommended the place to family and would certainly stay here again. The only thing we wanted was a Netflix connection for the evenings :)

For a small group you can't ask for more. The place is ideal. Perfect little beach house. Easy location to get to beach, restaurants and local market. Updated decor, comfortable, good amenities. I almost hate giving it a good review because more people might want to stay there. We would like to keep it our little secret. Definitely would stay there again.

Great outside shower and landscaping. Short walk to Center Street or the beach access. Our only regret was not having more time to stay. We’ll be back soon.

We loved this house! The location was great and the fenced yard was a huge bonus for our dogs. Decor was awesome, kitchen and baths very well stocked, and loads of extras (beach cart, chairs, outdoor shower, 2 washers/dryers). Wish we could have stayed the full time, but Florence had other ideas. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing place! Couldn’t have ended summer vacations at a better spot. House was super clean, stylish, comfortable and the location was so convenient to everything. The car stayed parked for 3 days. The beach cart and chairs were also super helpful when toting the kids stuff to the beach. And the outside shower we already miss! Perfect yard for the dog to roam and the greenery along the fence really helped with privacy. Can’t say enough about this place. We will definitely be back!

Very cool spot with easy access to everything.

We had high expectations for this property, as we had stayed at a different property of the same landlord before, and we were not disappointed. The house has an open layout and a modern renovation. The showers are updated and spacious, as well as the outdoor one. The fenced-in backyard is great for children/pets and the landscaping is functional - you are located in the heart of Folly, yet feel secluded and a sense of privacy due to the foliage. The beach and local amenities are closely and conveniently located. My only critique is that there is only one A/C unit that operates in the main/common area; however, if the unit is left on all day and the blinds left closed the bedrooms are cool enough at night (plus they have ceiling fans). Overall a great place to stay, and the owners are organized, responsive, and easily to work with.

Thank you for preserving these lovely beach homes in Folly. We were so thankful to have such a wonderful place for our family to stay. I first noticed this house last year when I was walking and I saw Randy’s peace flag. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms helped meet all our needs. We loved the outdoor space as well - the outdoor shower, patio and couch w ceiling fan. The short walk to the beach, Bert’s, Chico Feo, Lost Dog Cafe and pier is ideal. We love this quiet block. The stylish home furnishings and modern bathrooms made us feel at home.

We so enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach, and loved staying at 202 E. Erie Ave. First, the location is excellent - we could walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, stores. Bert's Market was just a block away, and had everything we might need there, from beer to ice cream to 75 cent hotdogs and free coffee! The house was perfect for our family of five, with three teens, enough space to spread out, and comfortable beds, lots of towels, hooks to hang your wet stuff, and beach chairs and cart for our use. We loved the vibe on Folly, so laid back and casual, and can't wait to come back!

The house has been recently renovated, and is located just 2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the center street (restaurants, bars, fun). I highly recommend this rental for a great time on Folly Beach.

We found the house to be absolutely amazing as far as location, decor and size.....and had everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach. The weather even cooperated with us while we were there despite forecasted storms. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and we look forward to coming back again.

What a beautiful little bungalow right in the heart of everything! I cannot say enough good things about our stay there. The house is decorated in a lovely retro style with comfy beds, plenty of towels, comfy beach chairs and a well stocked kitchen. My daughter and I went for a long weekend over Mother's day and loved having our dogs with us. The best part is the totally fenced in yard! It was wonderful having our dogs outside with us (we spent the majority of our time outside on the patio) knowing they were safely contained. As a lovely bonus, the fence is covered with honeysuckle and the scent is heavenly! This house is an easy walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the pier (by Tides). And the parking is awesome since there are three off street spots that go with this house. Everything about this house and its location is awesome and we will absolutely choose to stay there again whenever we are on Folly.

This house is everything you want- beautifully updated, classic Folly house close to the beach. We loved the one level living, open floor plan, king beds and outdoor entertaining space. The beach cart and chairs were a serious bonus. Highly recommend.

It has become tradition to visit Charleston to celebrate my puppy’s birthday. This year, we were so pleased to find a rental so close to the beach that allowed dogs. The home is super cute with so many craftsman hand touches to the decor. We loved the style of the home, especially the outdoor space. Whether we wanted to walk to the beach with the dogs during the day or walk downtown to restaurants and bars in the evening, everything was literally within a 5 minute walk. We will definitely be back to use this home again!! Loved it!!!
