This property was perfect for meeting up with my best girlfriends that I have known for over 50 years. It was in a great location on Folly Beach. It was an easy walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Even though it was above a bar/restaurant it was so quiet and we were able to relax in the evening in this wonderful condo. The property manager and owner were very kind and accommodating. Any information I needed was given to me very quickly. My friends and I could have not stayed at a nicer place.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff at FollyVacations were really accommodating for an unfortunate situation. Will definitely return for another visit!

Centrally and conveniently located to every thing in Folly, we really enjoyed the comfortable stay with a clean and updated apartment sized perfectly. The balcony was an extra bonus for mornings, wet afternoons and evenings, anytime this really added to the place! I can’t say enough about the delicately selected art and décor throughout the place, quite lovely. Last but not least…those of us who can appreciate the extra fan in a bathroom, really appreciate this. I’m getting one for my home! We will definitely return! OH! And the shower...oh my, everyone will love the shower!! You will have to see for yourself!

We had time and the entire east coast at our disposal. We threw the proverbial dart at the map and hit a bull’s eye with this VBRO in Folly Beach! Quaint, clean, comfortable. Walking distance to the beach, food, coffee, and live music! Would have helped to have a day’s worth of coffee, salt, and pepper ready and waiting for us. Can’t wait to come back!

This 2 bedroom apartment would be perfect for 2 couples/4 people! It is super cute, VERY clean, well-equipped and just a quick walk to the beach! We loved the festive bar/restaurant below us and we’re not at all bothered by any noise! We will definitely book this again!

We loved the location of this property and it was very comfortable for four people. So clean and very cute and we had everything we needed including nice chairs that were easy to carry to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and we come to Folly a few times a year. The bar had good food and service. You order at the bar and the food is brought to you. There was a live music there one night and the noise was not an issue at all. Also, the response time on any questions was quick and helpful. Highly recommend!

My mom and I loved our stay here! Several other reviews mention the ongoing construction nearby - that’s still happening, but appears to be in finishing stages and never bothered us. The bedrooms here are equipped with noise machines that drown any ambient noise from the bar/grill on the ground floor and the construction nearby. This was a perfect home base for exploring the island and was just a quick drive into Charleston for the day. The pace was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We loved the art choices! The one critique we’d leave would be the beds were firmer than our liking, but that’s such a subjective experience, I wouldn’t let it deter anyone booking this fabulous place. One note to others considering staying here: if you’re the type to cook your own meals, bring your own salt/seasonings as there were none on-site, and if you wish to do laundry, grab some detergent from the convenience store Nextdoor. We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the living room television… but we were admittedly having *quite* a good time celebrating my mom recently beating cancer and the task of turning off the TV may have just been beyond our brain capacity Stay here!!

Enjoyable stay for my Girlfriend and me, and it was a very walkable location. Close to restraints and the lost dog coffee shop was the best!

I’m in love with the Low Life Bar (downstairs) - incredible food, and we never heard late night sounds from down there (wouldn’t have cared if we did). This place is amazing! You can walk to everything else within a few minutes! The kitchen had the utensils need to prepare a meal for 4. We needed to buy our own condiments for the meals and our own coffee to use the coffee maker, aside from that it was awesome. They had laundry pads and dishwasher pods as well to help with clean up. The bathroom was stocked with lots of towels! extra sheets were accessible as well in case we needed to change it. The place was really clean really well kept. Been awhile since my little family felt like staying in instead of sight seeing in Folly. Thank you for being awesome hosts!

Great place to stay... very clean and nice... Location is great only a couple minute walk to Folly Beach and there is a neat little park and pier to walk to close by. Since it was close to Christmas the park and streets were decorated with lights which made for a great evening walk. Would not hesitate to stay again!!!

Honestly? I didn’t expect it to be as amazing as it is! I mean I thought it was cute and had a fun look.  However, I was so excitedly surprised when I walked through the door! Parking is great, so easy to find! Walking up the stairs there’s a really pretty wooden bench and finally walking in and I was just thrilled! So much space! Perfect accommodations, just lovely! The balcony is also so perfect! Being above the Lowlife bar was actually pretty great people watching and just heading downstairs super easy, but the food is great too! I loved everything about the Hudson Building. Perfect for a fun weekend or more! Everything is in walking distance but, hey, the golf cart place is literally 2 doors away! The chatter from the bar downstairs isn't bad at all and it’s basically done by midnight:) Thanks again :) So fun!

We spent a few nights of fall break on Folly, and this apartment was perfect for our stay. Great location to get to beach, river, and all the restaurants in town. Noise wasn't an issue as we enjoyed the deck for playing cards and people watching.

Wow! Amazing location and plenty of room for me, my husband, our baby, and my mom to enjoy a stay at folly. The pack and play and high chair was very conveniently provided for us. Perfect location for beach and restaurants. I was nervous about the stairs and no elevator but it’s wasn’t an issue at all. The place had everything available we needed and looked just like the pictures. We really enjoyed the large covered deck too!

A perfect spot right in the midst of the heavenly Folly Beach vibe. We loved the short walk (either on the strip or on the access path) to the beach as a warm up each morning. The restaurant downstairs and surrounding the Hudson make for delicious, carefree eating. The space itself is breezy, comfortable, and well appointed.

Apartment B is a most dynamic combination of Folly Beach eclectic and wonderful modern comfort. Spacious, king size beds, adjustable lighting and fans, a large walk-in shower, a beach buggy with chairs (!), and a sprawling balcony with a sofa, table & chairs as well as a ceiling fan - this is a top-notch beach apartment. You are a five minute walk from the beach and the pier. You have restaurants, stores, bars, the great Bert's (longtime Folly local grocery/deli/convenient store), the Circle K gas station and the post office all even closer than that! You are close to the action!

This apartment was a great find! The place was really clean, well furnished, comfortable beds, a large balcony, and loads and loads of space! The apartment is also super close to all the shops and restaurants as well as not being far from the beach! The place is above a great restaurant Low Life so they provide you with earplugs but honestly I didn’t think it was loud and didn’t need them to sleep but it was a really thoughtful touch. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot right by some awesome dive bars, with the beach just down the road. Parking in the back was really convenient having multiple cars, and the pad was spotless. For a group of folks looking to hang in Folly with COVID now in the rear view mirror, this was seriously perfect!

We were very impressed with our stay and the property. The apartment was spacious, clean, with a really cute vibe and conveniently located to everything in Folly Beach. Beach chairs and cart were a big plus and so was having a washer and dryer in the unit. Bathroom was well-sized and nice shower. The porch space was great to have coffee in the mornings, our pup loved it and he could people and dog watch. Yes, there is a bar below but we weren’t bothered by any happenings there. Some music could be heard from time to time but not too late. We would definitely stay again if back in Folly Beach.

Excellent place to stay in Folly!!! The place was very clean with anything you would need for a long stay. Huge porch to relax on and eat meals. Beds were great we slept well every night. Location is the best with a quick walk to the beach, stores, bars and restaurants. You really can park your car and not use it! Restaurant below was not a problem for noise at all, we did stay during COVID and everything was outside dining and still no problem. Owners kept us up to date on all local COVID rules which was great also! Would highly recommend and would def make this a go-to place to stay in Folly!!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Ryan’s place and it won’t be the last. It is right off the main road into Folly Beach and is a quick walk to the beach and all the restaurants. My family and I enjoyed sitting on the large porch in the afternoons and watching all the activity on the street below. The restaurant in the building has some great food and drinks too! Clean, stylish, comfy beds and many extras. This place cannot be beat!

Ryans appartment is an eclectic place to stay in the heart of Folly Beach. I can't say enough good things about it. The apartment itself is newly renovated and fresh with colors and ideas. The rooms are spacious and purposefully comfortable. The place was spotless. Then there was the large fun covered porch. The public walkway is next to the building. Great place to watch passersby's and wave. The Bar below is a locals place. Not a concern for noise or parking. You have your own assigned parking place. The sturdy, nonslip stairs up to the apartment are easy to maneuver. Walking distance to everything. Also, great communication and service. Upscale Folly, but still has so much fun in it.

Perfect location a few blocks from The beach. Nice view and good places to eat all around. Beds are super comfy and the large shower was the best! Perfect for a girls trip or even a couples trip. Will definitely stay again.

The best compliment we can offer is to say we would definitely stay here again when we visit Folly. This practically new unit was clean, well furnished, and offered easy access to the beach and so many good restaurants within walking distance. Having two beach chairs and an upright beach wagon available was so convenient and made trips to the beach a breeze. We also enjoyed relaxing on the patio and had no noise issues (the sound machines and earplugs provided weren't needed). We appreciated the extra fans and found that using them and keeping the bedroom doors open for more circulation made for comfortable temps (at least in October when it was a high of 80). Check in and out was also easy with good communication throughout the rental process.

The best spot in Folly! Straight shot short walk to the beach at the pier and near everything else. Takeout from the restaurant/bar downstairs makes a trip with kids SUPER easy.

The location of this spot can not be beat! Super clean home, all the amenities you need, great extra touches. So many accessories like fantastic amount of towels, all the beach equipment (no need to bring yours from home). On top of a fanatic restaurant --try the nachos! There is amazing parking. Everything felt so safe, everything was easy, just made vacationing wonderful. There weren't any worries, no hiccups everything was in walking distance, I can't wait to come back again

This was a great place to stay in folly beach! Beach was only 5 blocks away! Place itself was sparkling clean and had all the amenities we could wish for. Chairs and trolly available inside the apartment for guest use, hose for rinsing off downstairs available too. Blender + toaster, stacks of fluffy of bath towels were a great bonus. If you’re a foodie, you would appreciate the restaurant below the apartment. Beds were on the hard side but very comfortable and luxurious; pillows and blankets were soft and comfortable too. Even though there’s a bar underneath the building, not to worry. You couldn’t hear the music or the bar goers at night. The building’s walls are thick and well made to repel any noise. Balcony was spacious and comfortable as well. Would highly recommend

This stunning condo provided ample space and amenities for my friends and I. A great location with a welcoming beach atmosphere that’s conveniently above an elective restaurant. I will definitely be staying here again once I return to Folly Beach.

We loved the apartment. Spacious, with higher-end furniture and touches like bedside outlets and reading lamps, upscale kitchen, spacious bathroom, great cabinets in the bedrooms, and hanging hooks everywhere. We spent a lot of time on the deck, reading, people watching and having the evening cocktail. Very close to the beach and restaurants. We parked the car in the lot upon on arrival and didn't move it again until we checked out. Ryan and team were very responsive to our questions about the town's response to COVID, and with the resulting parking restrictions, which Ryan and the team made sure didn't impact us at all, even when we brought two cars. Highly recommend!

Loved this place! Awesome location. Great space! Walkable to everything on Folly. The drinks downstairs are amazing :) Bedrooms got a little warm when the doors are closed. But other than that! Amazing

A lovely family getaway! Everything was neat and clean, and the extra touches like the earplugs (although I definitely didn’t think it was loud enough to need them) put this experience over the top! We would love to stay here again in the future. Perfect location, well stocked with essentials, good tips about local food (although Low Life was by far our favorite), and quick responsiveness when we needed help. Wonderful overall.

We wanted to leave Florida and Folly Beach was only six hours by car. Surf was lackluster, but it was a change of scenery for us. Apartment was in a hip little building. The downstairs bar and grill provided savory fare and delicious beer and cocktails. Despite the warning of it being noisy, we found our stay comfortable and we were never disturbed by the noise.

This is a beautiful place right off of the main street, close to all the shops and 6 short blocks to the beach. Couldn't be more convenient. It is a beautiful apartment, incredibly clean, it look brand new. The balcony is a great place for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. Folly Beach is a very special place: gorgeous beach, lots of amenities, but laid back and casual. There are a few shops, but none of huge chain stores stuffed with kitschy shells and t-shirts. Just 20 minutes from downtown. Can't wait rent this place again.

We are locals, just moved to Fort Mill SC last year and wanted to come back to Folly for Father’s Day weekend. The condo was great, very clean and comfortable and extremely convenient to everything! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this location!

The apartment is beautiful, much better than photos. Incredibly clean and spacious. The outdoor area is wonderful, the beds are very large. The restaurant downstairs has delicious breakfast and coffee. We loved the extra touches like the noise machine in the room and the beach chairs and wagon for the beach. Plenty of towels which is sometimes annoying with most places. They were very nice about letting us checkout late as there was not a guest checking in after us, which was super helpful in letting us enjoy another half day at the beach. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return!

This place was better than I expected! The pictures looked great but you never really know what to expect but it was perfect! The balcony is HUGE, I loved it. The location is literally perfect. It’s right next to the Main Street with all the restaurants shops and bars AND there’s a restaurant/bar right underneath on the first floor! People watching was great. And the best part, you couldn’t even tell we were right next to nightlife because you can’t hear anything inside. It’s noisy outside but I love people watching and enjoyed that company. Everything was super clean and cozy and I felt completely comfortable there. The 2 beach chairs are the good beach chairs. Check in and out is easy. There is only 1 spot for parking but there are 2 public spots right across the street that you can always snag at night and that made things very easy as well. The price was great for how many people it can sleep with 2 king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Just overall had a great stay and would definitely rent again!

Great spot in a fun little beach community

This spot is fantastic!! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, bars. There’s even a dog friendly restaurant/bar below the property. The property itself is clean, well decorated and we loved the private patio in the morning to enjoy our coffee. Easy self check in/check out. Private parking lot, and a short 20 minute drive into Charleston. The host even left a book of helpful tips and recommendations for the area. We will definitely be back(: Thanks so much!!

Great location to experience Folly Beach. We lived on Folly many years ago, so we love coming back to the island. New and old alike, you can't beat the experience on Folly. The apartment is tidy, well furnished, and tastefully decorated. The food and beer at the bar/restaurant on the ground level is great. It does get a little loud, but if we hadn't been running a marathon the next day, we would have been down there living it up with the rest of Folly.

This is a very nice apartment in a great location. We were walking distance from all the restaurants and the beach. I stayed here with my girlfriend and our dog and we were really happy with everything from the communication to the cleanliness and decor of the home. We would definitely stay here again!

We decided at the last minute to spend New Years in Folly. We have spent a lot of time in Folly and have our favorite places to rent. We decided to try this place. We loved it. Apartment is perfect, well stocked, comfortable and perfect location. Already scheduled summer trip.

We had a wonderful stay! We had our 2 small kids w us, plus our two dogs. The location was perfect, above the Low Life but noise never bothered us. The food there was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and Brittany was very responsive answering any questions we had during our stay. Great location for the $$, we will definitely be back!

Apartment was great and clean would definitely recommend! Location was perfect! Close to everything! Beach stuff (umbrella and chairs) was provided which was great!

This was our first time at Folly. We loved the Hudson Building. Our toddler thought it was so cool that we were staying in the “purple house”. We didn’t have to use our car the whole time. Quick walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We have already promised our daughter we would visit the purple house next year. Highly recommend. The patio is so fun at night. Do not worry about noise, it wasn’t an issue at all.

Excellent location and comfortable unit! This location is close to the beach, pier, and city center. Everything is, quite literally, 5 min away on foot. I have been coming to Folly for over a decade and this is probably one of my favorite locations thus far.

As soon as we opened the door we were already committed to coming again to the same place next year and to stay longer. I honestly think we couldn’t have made a better decision than this place for a double couple get weekend get away. We fell instantly in love with this place. The decor was stylish and clean with everything we could need to make our stay enjoyable. The location is amazing. Steps away from center of town and a couple blocks to the beach. Ryan also has a beach cart so we were able to haul our things with ease to the beach. There is also a grocery just a few blocks away so as soon as we parked the car, we didn’t have to get in again until we we checked out! Definitely booking again with Ryan!

Perfect space! The place was even better than expected and the location is perfect. Kitchen is well equipped, great balcony for morning coffee or evening games. Just three short blocks from the beach (Pro tip: if you're taking the beach cart walk the extra half block to use the road, not the path right beside the house). If you've got a hankering for a fried chicken sandwich just downstairs at Lowlife nails it. I've stayed at many rentals and this one ranks at the top. Enjoy your stay!

The apartment was all that we expected and more! We had a great stay at Folly as the apartment is walking distance to everything.

The stay was very good. Lost the keys when we went out to eat for dinner the first day, however within five minutes I was made aware of an emergency set of keys and I had access to the room.

Clean, spacious, well-thought-out amenities make this place a no-brainer for a good stay at Folly Beach. They've done their best to abate any noise with sleep machines and earplugs in each bedroom, although we experienced no noise issues during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay here again.

Amazing property! It’s close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Ryan is extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. It’s a pet and family friendly property which is a huge plus in my book!

What a great little beach town and a really awesome place. Our unit was so convenient to EVERYTHING! We enjoyed our apartment so much. It was a lot bigger than we expected it to be and a lot nicer than we expected too. We never took the opportunity to watch the games in one of the many restaurants or bars (including the awesome Lowlife bar just below us), we loved the apartment. We watched all the games from the comfort of our room. We didn't want to leave Folly beach but one of the guys wanted to get a gift for his wife so we went downtown...also super convenient, just over the bridge. Everything about this place is great. One of the guys with us is a rental property manager and he went on and on about how perfectly set up this place is. I don't know about the set up but I know it was clean and spacious and we had everything we could ask for and more. I can't wait to come back with my girlfriend.

This apt was just perfect for our (2 people)4 nite stay on James Island. The unit was sparkling clean, furnished with comfortable beds, great bathroom, good seating in great room & kitchen area, nice private porch and every amenity needed (towels, kitchen supplies, hair dryers, mirrors, etc). It was, in fact, furnished better than most houses we rent when our whole family vacations. The complex is right off center street so very convenient to everything. They were full disclosure on being over a bar/restaurant but we were not bothered by any noise. It might be different in-season but I don't think that would prevent me from renting it then. Renting process was easy-all instructions were sent by email, no keys to pick up or return. Just an all around good experience. Would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment description, the pictures, and other renter’s comments were spot-on accurate, which is so important when renting something sight unseen. We would definitely rent there again and have shared our experience with our family and friends.

This property was a great find for our girls' weekend trip to Charleston/Folly Beach. The apartment is well-equipped - the kitchen especially has everything you'd need to make every meal there, including a few spices and condiments (which is so rare for rentals!) The condo was open, clean and cozy, exactly as pictured. The central air in the main living space is not quite powerful enough to make the bedrooms as cool, but the condo is equipped with plenty of fans to keep air moving. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come back to this condo building again in the future.

We've rented many places across the Carolinas coast (and Florida) and this place is a gem! Great size for family of 4! Gorgeous, hip, unique, tasteful decor! Unbelievably thoughtful extras....magnifying mirrors, earplugs, sound machines, hangers galore, amazing open closets and drawer space, detergent for washer and dishwasher, perfect amount of dishes, comfy furniture, full-size gorgeous coffee maker, full set of stainless steel bowls....I could go on. Easy parking and access. Loved being over restaurant because it was lively and fun to hear the action. Noise was not a problem. I'm so impressed by this place that we will return (and bring our dog).

Super nice place in a great location and the owners were really accommodating when we needed anything. The balcony was much roomier than in the photos and was awesome for hanging out after the little ones were sleeping. The apartment was super well equipped; all of our kitchen needs were met, they had beach chairs and a cart, tons of towels and baby stuff if needed too. Lastly, there’s a really cute little bar/restaurant opening below which couldn't be more convenient and the place is totally sound proofed so no need to worry about noise.
